[Issue] Creating a 3D plot with 3 variables

I would like to create a 3D plot using 3 variables. Essentially each point in this 3D space is associated with 3 variables along the x, y and z axes.

Chart has no capability to make plots of 3-dimensional data, only to add "3d effects" to a two-dimensional chart.
