[Solved] Printing Problem

Post by freecitizen »

I have this situation where the file is saved in ods extension but I am unable to print other than the first sheet. I get a preview of all the sheets in file including the first sheet that I can print. I am using version 2.3. Does anyone else have this problem?

Operating system?
Any problems with printing from any other program?
Is it only on one spreadsheet? All spreadsheets? All of OpenOffice.org?

How are you trying to print it? File - Print or the direct print button on the toolbar?

hi,

please have a look at Tools-Options-OOo Calc-Print

Print only selected sheet is tagged telling the Print facilities to print only pages shown on the selected (means active) sheet.

You may untag this checkbox or just select all sheets you want to print.

I've seen the same problem in release OpenOffice.org 2.3.1 Release Candidate 1 (build OOG680_m9). You can print only the first page of a multi page print job and you can print only when the active sheet contains a print range.

OOo-Dev 2.3 Developer Snapshot (build OOG680_m8) release doesn't have the bug,

Shame on me, I was wrong. I always copy my old profile on newer version, this time I've missed it so the option Tools>Options>Calc>Print>Print only selected sheets was checked.
