[Solved] Copy without the hidden text while doing Subtotal

Dear Sir,

Please help me out how can I copy without the hidden text while doing Subtotal.

There is a subtile difference between filtered rows and hidden rows. Only filtered rows are copied partially.
The visible cells of your subtotals should have some content that can be used to distinguish from the others. Thus you could add an additional filter.
First select your subtotal range define a name for the subtotaled range: Data>Define...
The named range stores subtotal settings, filters and sort orders likewise.
Data>Filter>Standard...
Some Column = "SUM Amount" if this is the distinct cell text.
[More Options]
[X] Copy results to... [some top-left cell of a target range]
[X] Keep criteria [if you want to use the same output range another time]
[OK]

Next time you can select the range (Data>Select...) and call Data>Refresh to apply the same subtotal together with the same filter.
