In the attached file, I searched for the word there, using Find All. I then copied the result with Ctrl + C and pasted into C1. Is that the kind of result you are looking for?

I got the result you showed - all pasted items close together. No warning about multiple selections.

please tell me the exact way / method you are using to find the words and then the exact way you are copying them button by button etc.

Re: So simple but not! copy all find results
I get the warning about not being able to handle multiple selections if the text is in more than one column. That is, if I start with just the text in column A and then search, copy and paste, it all works. If I start with the text in both columns A and C, I get the warning when I try to copy.
I don't understand why you think the row numbers should be selected. Do you want to coy entire rows?

Re: So simple but not! copy all find results
im sorry i must have not been clear , yes that works but how do i grab the entire rows information's of each results not just the words typed into "find"
for example any word in the row that is in the results i want to be able to copy and paste the entire row not just the cell with the word searched for
i need the entire rows information each cell

Like so many things, this works with LibreOffice but not with OpenOffice. You may not have noticed yet, but since 10 years there is a successor to OpenOffice. OpenOffice is dead man walking, a zombie project.

With OpenOffice you can do this:
Data>Filter>Autofilter
Filter the item(s) you are looking for. Non-matching rows will be hidden.
Copy the remaining visible cells to some unfiltered cell range.

Re: So simple but not! copy all find results
Find and Replace is not the right tool for copying entire rows. Please explain your goal in more detail. What range of cells do you want to copy based on what criterion. Is it really copying the entire row if any cell in the row contains a specific word? Or do you want to copy a fixed set of columns in each row where a particular column contains the specific word?

You can add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the *EDIT button if your issue has been fixed.
I've done that for you.
