When I open a template to change the height of a row to align the printed template vertically the change made does not appear on the printed document. After unprotecting the sheet and document and entering the password, I find I can change the row height. The change is correctly displayed on the screen. I find that I can restore the protection to the sheet and document. I then re save the template file.
As a check, I reopen the template and find the row height to confirm that the change has been saved.
A check of the expected changed printed template remains identical to the original template print out. How can this be fixed? Tnx

Re: Difficulty Editing A Open Office Calc Template for Print
Can you upload (or share) an ODF type sample file here?

The password is 123. In the attached copy I have increased line 1 from .25 to .45 row height.

Re: Difficulty Editing OpenOffice Calc Template for Printing
The Print range is set to $A$23:$L$33 in your sample document. Of course, a changed row height located outside this cell range will not affect the print layout (of the range marked to print).

Re: Difficulty Editing OpenOffice Calc Template for Printing
Instead of changing the row height, you could change the top margin (Format > Page > Page > Margins > Top).
