[Solved] Add borders to 8-by-8 cell range

Post by cmc1960 »

I would like to create an 8x8 spreadsheet. Each of the 64 cells would have a border.
I've tried to follow the written guidance but can't seem to make any progress --- I
keep going around in circles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To add borders to the cells, start by highlighting the block of 64 cells. Find the Borders icon on the formatting tool bar. That is the tool bar that displays for things like the font name and the icon for bold text. The borders icon is a square with a little triangle next to it to display a drop down list.It is the third icon from the right end on my system. Click the little triangle and click on the image of borders on all of the inner and outer lines. It is at the bottom right of the drop down list.
