[Solved] Function that returns a cellrange

Post by victorqed »

Hello

I want to use the option "Data/Validity" with "Cell range" to make a selection list that will contain a cell range that is filtered.
Example: I have a district dropdown list that works fine and I need to make another dropdown with cities but I need to display only the cities in the selected district.
I tried VLOOKUP but this function returns a single value, a need a function that returns only the matching values for that district.

Thank you.

You seem to need a dependent drop down list - similar posts via this forum search may help you.
