I'm trying to create a spreadsheet showing fertilizer data for various of my garden plants. The problem is that, when I try to print it, it comes out insane. See attached screen shots.
I can't figure out how to attach the screen shots !!!

Re: printing calc
Your screenshots have to be smaller than 128KB. Crop them if needed.
Define print ranges and export to PDF first to make sure of the rendering.
Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the *EDIT button if your issue has been fixed.

Re: printing calc
The file size limit is 128 KiB in this forum. Use the lossless compression .png file format with 64 color depth. Then the image will not be blurry. Crop the irrelevant parts of the imege. Then the file size will be extremly decreased.See attached screen shots.
Use a third party image manager software like the free IrfanView.

Re: Unexpected result when printing spreadsheet
I don't remember why I thought that screen shots were the preferred conveyance but I'm glad to hear that they aren't. It's much less trouble just to attach the actual file.
I give up: now I can't figure out how to attach a file. I'm just going to try to tag this as SOLVED and figure out the printing problem myself. I created a spreadsheet for my income tax that I had no trouble with except that I was learning Calc as I went along. At that time I didn't even know how to initiate the program but I succeeded in creating a spreadsheet that I was happy with. Adios.

By clicking on "Page Format" you can set the page format, margins and everything else.

Re: Unexpected result when printing spreadsheet
Take a look at Row 9. There is a date in columns A, B and I through AMG that possibly shouldn't be there. Either delete those dates before selecting Page Preview, or select only the cells you want to print before selecting Page Preview.
