I need to sort TITLE alphabetically but this will re-arrange items in one column mismatchig existing values, I want to take into account the rest of the columns that form a logical row.
How can I do it?

You should be able to click on any cell in the Title column and then either click on the sort button on the main tool bar or use the menu Data -> Sort. The selected range will expand to the contiguously filled area around the selected cell. Does that not work for you?

Is there any way to lock table header or final summary row from sorting? If I sort selected range in column A it wont sort the associated rows properly, sadly.
Create a valid header row, that is a row with text only, no blanks, no numbers.
