[Solved] Find Cells Which Have Been Conditionally Formatted

Post by dapster »

As may be inferred from the Subject, is it possible in OpenOffice to locate within a spreadsheet all those cells in which there has been conditional formatting?

Install this extension: https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/e ... /show/1983
After restarting the office suite, you should find menu:Tools>AddOns>SpecialCells>Formatting ...
A dialog pops up showing the collection of equally formatted cell ranges.
Check the "Group" option and walk through the yellow list. When you hit a collection of ranges having some conditional formatting, you will notice the entry <Conditional> in the attribute list.

Alternatively, you may simply replace OpenOffice with LibreOffice. LO Calc has a modernized management of conditional formattings, allowing more than 3 conditional formats and finding all conditional format ranges on the active sheet.
