Edit / Fill not working as i expected

Hi,

I have a cell B37 which contains a negative number which I want to move to add onto C37. This I have managed to do but and displays the correct total. When I edit/ fill these columns downwards I am not getting the correct totals as B37 needs to be added to C38. Any ideas where I am going wrong?.
