Basic help to add a row to OO Calc

Post by Atheling »

Hi,

First post.

I should make my qualifications clear; I am useless with computers and software! I have no idea what I'm doing. Is there a simple solution?

I need to add a column with the integral caculus to a document created by someone else so I can add data and keep the calculations going (I have their permission).

Here's a cut and paste job of what I'm looking at that will hopefully elucidate my problem.

If anyone can help I can certainly send them the document via email if you are willing to give that sort of information out.

Forget it. No, there is no simple solution to anything.
Please, edit this topic's initial post and add "[Solved]" to the subject line if your problem has been solved.

You ned to upload the file or a small working example for forum readers to examine.

@ Villeroy

For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.

Thanks. I'll do just that 8-)
to simplify my question, what I would like to know is how to add a number of rows at the bottom of the 'table' and avoid removing the 'stats' underneath the table; the ones starting with,:

"Cmnd Up to 6 4 Total 995
Cavalry Up to 100% 48%
Infantry None AB points 14
Subjects At least 25% 31% ABP 7
Allies Up to 20% 13% Breaks when lost 7"
