.ods file has gone wonky

Postby Sated » Sat Feb 22, 2020 1:31 am

When closing the PC it crashed and I think it destroyed one of my .ods files.
When I open the file it comes up with a screen asking me what ASCII Filter Set I want. Does matter which one I try all I get is 21 pages of hash tags ###################
Has the file been permanently corrupted or is there a fix?

There are some things you can try in this tutorial to recover temp versions of the file. The current version of the file is almost certainly corrupted beyond repair.
Windows 10 and Linux Mint, since 2017
