This is the final chart that has Column-Line graph with a secondary Y-Axis.

Step 2. Add time as Category
Step 3. Add Chart Elements
Step 4. Streatch the chart

Step 5. Click on the yellow bar and invoke rt menu - select Chart Type
Step 6. Select Column and Line, Number of lines as 1
Step 7. Number of lines as 2

Step 8. Click on the green line, choose Object Properties
Step 9. Data Series window, choose Options, Secondary Axis
Step 10. Sec Y-axis appears - both sides

Step 11. Choose yellow line and do same steps

One Note, In the data set that has Time,Avg, Avg, Cumulative and Cumulative columns.
The order is important,
Last two columns will give you Line graph.
First two columns will give you histogram(column) graph.
If you rearrange the columns then it become cumbersome to make the Column and Line chart in same graph.
