[Tutorial] How to Create an Alphabetical Index

I found the Indexing method difficult to grasp and spent two days trying finally having to delete it and start over.

Once I found my way through itm I tracked what I was doing and turned it into an article. Feedback welcome, especially if I can make the process more efficient. Maybe it was me but I found Indexing really challenging to get right.
