[Solved] Placing page number 1 after a title page

There has been attempts at answering this question, however, I'm still not getting this resolved. The first line of advice is "Place the cursor in the first paragraph of the new page". What is the new page; the title page or the page where your text is?

The new page will be the page where you want the changed numbering to apply. From your subject it seems this will be the next page after the title page.
