Go to the very beginning of the document - Ctrl + Home will get you there; press Ctrl + Enter.
Cheers

When the first object on the first page is a Table, then you must insert a normal paragraph firstly above the table:
Place the cursor at the beginning of the top-left table cell and press Enter (only the Enter key): a new empty paragraph will be created before your Table.
Then you will able to insert a new page before the Table by usage Ctrl-Enter or from the Insert menu.

Please, edit the initial post in the topic: add the word [Solved] at the beginning of the subject line - if your problem has been solved.
