Is there a way to hide the space between pages? Like in MS Word.

You can switch to /View /Web layout, or use /Format /Page : Page tab and select User format and choose a length up to 300 cm (120 inches) for the page height, but better to just get used to the formatting display on standard pages, as these other settings will havve unwanted side effects.

I know about these options but i think the way this is implemented in MS Word is better. I hope these will be implemented in OpenOffice in future updates, since it's already implemented in LibreOffice too.

If there is a program that does what you want - use it! No point in buying a Ford and saying "But I wish it to have the dashboard of a VW".

None of us here, all users like yourself, can help with a feature request except to point you to [Tutorial] Reporting bugs or suggestions

AOO is *literally* dead. They don't have enough support to get 4.2.0 out and 4.1.6 is rapidly rotting with new updates to supporting software and operating systems. Apache is just pushing frustrated users to 0365 and Google Docs.

The LibreOffice is an excellent and well known alternative.
