Recovering a text
I have written a number of text and have saved them in a folder. However, when I try and retrieve them, it brings up a box for western Europe. I am unable to read my text sheets.

In what format did you save the files (the three letter extension)? Was the folder on a network or remote computer, or on a USB stick?

Please upload a small file showing the problem so that it can be analysed. Use the Upload attachment tab below where you type (128 kB max); or use a file share site, Dropbox or Google Drive for a larger file.
