[Solved] Program not responding

I have been using Open Office for some time without any difficulties what so ever. Today, I tried to save a message from Ink Bunny, copy and paste. This time, every time I try to save it, the program would stop responding. I uninstalled the program and downloaded the newest version, but the problem remains. It is probably something simple, can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Sorry for the late reply. Reinstalling won't change anything.
Better try to reset your OpenOffice user profile.

It has started working again, I have no idea what happened but I will try that if the problem happens again. I would never have thought of doing that. Thank you.
