[Solved] Remove spacing between paragraph (that I put there)

So yeah, basically I've been putting double spacing between paragraphs thinking it would be easy to get rid of by just selecting the body of text and telling it to have only single spacing. Apparently that's not how it works and I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

I've been manually putting two spaces between every paragraph, so this isn't a setting thing that's automatically doing it. Is there a way to put all the text on single spacing?

Toggle /View /non printing characters and you can see what causes the blank spaces. If there are single backwards P characters on each inter-paragraph line, use /Edit /Find and Replace, Find ^$, Rplace blank, drop more options and check Regular Expressions, then press Replace all.

If there are no single backwards P characters, adjust the spacing before/after paragraph setting on the Indents and Spacing tab for the Paragraph Style in use (best to use /Format /Styles and Formatting).

The backwards P char is called a Pilcrow.
