When i try to convert .txt / .docx / any file with Chinese / Japanese chars, in the PDF able to see boxes instead of real chars.

Boxes in PDFs are caused by missing fonts. Search the Writer forum with pdf font for more advice.

Read Exporting to PDF not working correctly found by searching with font pdf box.
Remember that the font showing in the Writer font drop-down selection box is the font the document is asking for. This may NOT be the font being used to create the display because, if the font being asked for is not installed on the PC, Windows (or other operating system) will silently substitute a different font which is available.
The TestFonts add-on is invaluable for finding missing fonts which the document is asking for, but which are not installed on the PC.
You can see which fonts are installed on a Windows PC by Start > Control Panel > Fonts or by clicking C:\Windows\Fonts.
Writer embeds fonts in a PDF by default - check by opening the PDF and File > Properties > Fonts.
Do some tests with fonts you know are available and prove they embed OK in the PDF. Now repeat with a font which does not work and diagnose what is causing the problem.
This is simsun font available with Windows 7.
