Uneditable Column

Hi, am having problem with merging columns. There is one column, the second top that is uneditable. I cannot merge or split the column and can't even delete it. Please help :oops:

Nothing apparent from the picture. We need to handle actual document to find the cause. Make a copy where you remove any confidential info. Ensure that the issue persists. Attach that copy to a posting here.

A blurred screenshot is not of much help in finding out what your problem is. Please upload a Writer document so that we can see where the issue is.

[Forum] How to attach a document here Note maximum file size is 128K. If your file is larger, use a file sharing site such as Mediafire and post the link here. The link also contains information on how to anonymise your document if it contains confidential information.

There are options to split or merge table cells, but not columns. If the options to Merge, Split and Delete cells and the icons on the Table Toolbar are grayed out, then there is at least one protected cell among the selected cells. Right-click in the selected area and select Cell > Unprotect. You should then be able to Merge, Split or Delete the cells.
