Loading my resume

Post by woodsduck »

I have a resume that was built using Microsoft word. It was put on a flash drive. I brought it home and downloaded it to my computer. When I opened it up using OpenOffice it is compressed. That is, the width of the page is correct but all of the lines are over top of each other and can't get it to stretch out. I have tried changing font size, borders but it won't unstack the lines of text. Is there something I'm missing? Please help.

On the paragraph style(s) in use, change the Line spacing setting on the Indents and Spacing tab of the paragraph style format to single, or perhaps double. Then click OK. The paragraph where the cursor is situated should then change.

This problem face because of using different software. Try to copy all content and paste into new document or notepad. Through this formatting issue will be sort out.
