Horizontal line left and right of text, defined in style

Hi,

I've been trying to define a style that centers my text and places a horizontal line left and right of it, over the width of the page.
Is there any way to do this? I couldn't find it...

It should be something like this:

------------------------------- My title ------------------------------

Is this possible in OpenOffice Writer?

Define a style with a center tab at the center of the line and a right tab at the end of the line. Specify fill characters for both tabs. When you type the text, insert a tab before and after the text.
