Fatal Error on Occasion

I'm having issues with a few files in Writer. I upgraded to 4.1.5 about two months ago from 4.1.4. Now, there are some files that I cannot access in Writer that were created in Writer.

I've attached the fatal error message that I receive. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall 4.1.5 to clear this up?

It looks as if you need to reinstall the readability report extension.
