Hi all,
Anyone know if it's possible to have Writer automatically select the text on each page and add as a bookmark, and then increment the bookmark name for the whole document?
Page 1, selects text on that page and inserts bookmark named 1
Page 2, selects text on that page and inserts bookmark names 2
and so on..
I basically need a quick way of selecting all the text on a given page and the bookmark works well but would be nice if there's a way to automatically do all of the pages rather than manually.
Thanks

Is your text formatted? Does each page consist of one paragraph? Will there be any extent of text that stretches to two or more pages?

I'm using mail merge to increment some numbers within my text so each page is consistent other than the incremented data and doesn't have any formatting.
My text for each page is similar to this
<pinnedelements>
<poinths>
<position>
<pan>0</pan>
<tilt>0</tilt>
</position>
<next>
<pan>0</pan>
<tilt>0</tilt>
<fov>0</fov>
</next>
<polygon/>
<type>point</type>
<id>Button01</id>
<title>Title01</title>
<linktype>url</linktype>
<linksubtype>unknown</linksubtype>
<url>link01</url>
<skinid>btn</skinid>
<autoplace>0</autoplace>
</poinths>
</pinnedelements>
Thanks
