OpenOffice 4.15 save as doc, unable to open with MS Word2016

I installed OpenOffice 4.15 or 4.14 or 4.13, if save as doc, the file unable to open with MS Word2016.
Please help and advise

Did you use the Save As option in the File menu or did you just enter .doc as the file extension?
If the first, which .doc option did you choose? There are 3 of them and there are differences between each.
If the second, use the first method only if you have to have the file in .doc format
MSWord2016 will open files saved in the default OpenOffice file formats (.odt for Writer files)

i select the option Save As> MS Word 97-2003 doc format. It is not work if open with MS Word 2016

AOO does not have that option. Are you using AOO (Apache OpenOffice)? or LO (LibreOffice)? or some other fork? Your signature says OpenOffice which is meaningless.

Save it as a .odt file.

Do a test. Save a test file with just a few words as the .doc. Does it open with MS Word? If so, something is corrupted in the original file or Microsoft has changed how it handles old .doc formats. Or try this file.
