I would like to layout an A4 page so that, when printed, it may be cut into 4 x A6 pieces on each of which there is a four column table (with 2 rows - one for headings the other for entries).
I have tried two methods:
i) Insert 4 Frames within suitable boundaries, and insert into each the desired table
ii) Insert a 2x2 table formatted to fit within suitable boundaries, and insert in each cell the desired table
In each case there remains, below the table, a paragraph 'space' - preventing optimum use of the available dimensions. This is not crucial, and I can quite happily use the resulting printed form. I can minimise the impact by setting the font to single space, and smallest size. But is it possible to eliminate entirely the space below a table?

Re: Inserting Multiple Tables on a Page
You can have one table spanning 4 A6 pages. This makes an extra 5th page. See attachment.
When you print, select to print only pages 1-4, with the number of copies you need. In page layout you select to print 4 pages on a sheet. You may need to select A4 in the printer settings before you send the document to print.

Yes, set the font effect to hidden for this blank paragraph.GridLok wrote:But is it possible to eliminate entirely the space below a table?
Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the edit button if your issue has been fixed.

I'll be among the first to support Hagar's candidacy, should he ever run for that position.

Well, I am leaning that way but we need to see his policy statements.I'll be among the first to support Hagar's candidacy, should he ever run for that position.

My policy statement would be: Make AOO great again!
Not sure how would be the tax to fund a special dev team to boost the project.
Completely OT: have read a very interesting digest in the Time magazine issue dated May 28 about the book Tailspin from Steven Brill. Should be read by any candidate to any public mandate.
