Does anyone know how to make tear off tabs for a poster, is there a template?

This has come up before, but I don't know if there's a template. One easy solution is to type the text for the tabs in a footer. Format, Character, Position, Rotate 90° and press Shift Enter (new line) to start a new tab. Copy and paste to fill the footer with tabs.

Here are a couple you can play with, a text document for Writer and a drawing for Draw.
