Template help

This is such a basic question, I'm ashamed to ask! But I am stuck....
I downloaded a beautiful template for a resume I want to make... But I can't figure out how to add more information.
For example, the template lists 2 or 3 previous jobs and I want to enter 4 or 5. It won't let me (?) add any new lines,
just replace the existing lines. Is there a good tutorial on this? Sorry to be so dumb. Thanks.

It may be that the template is protected against change. Is there a Read-only message in the OO titlebar? If so, open a new blank OO document and copy paste from the template window into it. Try that anyway.
