Convert headings into database lists

Is it possible.
I am using writer as a script writing program and I want to see how many lines a certain character has spoken. Is there a way to do that?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Are the lines for each character well identified, I mean with a specific string? In this case, you can search for that string and Find All then Replace All and you'll got the number of replacements.

HI thanks for the welcome. It's not really what I mean. I want to put them into base so that I can make reports. How many lines does each character speak and what? What are the locations? Etc. It's so I have something to give my team when they are doing counts and what not.
