Hi, I'm using the theme in Windows 8 - High contrast No. 2, and in general the Open Office looks good, but just not Notes.
Problem # 1: black text on the black background of the inserted note window, this can be manually changed for one window through the Format-Symbols option.
Problem# 2: I did not find how to change the color of the dotted line defining the note's target, by default it's white.

High Contrast -- invisible lines and black on black
OpenOffice 4.1.6 on Windows 8
Re: High Contrast -- invisible lines and black on black
The colour of the Notes background and its positioning line is automatically set by Writer's internal coding; either tweak your theme or try logging on as a different user - the assigned colours for notes vary from User to User. They are auto-assigned and vary depending which User's note is near the cursor position on re-opening a file, so they are not consistent from session to session.
Edit: The notes colour will repeat after nine users. This remarks are made with respect to "normal" themes; how they will apply to high contrast themes I cannot say. |
