Sort not working on a List

Hey folks

So, I make a list in Writer
I Select All
I go to Tools, Sort, set the criteria (Key 1, alphanumeric)
Click OK

And literally nothing happens

Little help?

Seems to work ok here. How did you make the list—what steps did you follow?

Note that Sort in Writer sorts paragraphs. If your list doesn't have items in separate paragraphs, it can't be sorted. You can see the paragraph boundaries with View > Nonprinting characters: ON, then look for the pilcrows, ¶

I made the list by C&Ping it from Google Keep.

I just manually added a new hard return at the end of each line and it sort of worked.... But it left one line, unsorted, at the bottom.....

Then we need to see the file. There may be a remaining line break. Can you upload the extract with the list here?
