[Solved] Format error in sub-document

I am unable to open this document, which contains "comments" for my student's mid-terms.

HELP! it comes back with the error " format error discovered in the file in sub-document styles.xml at 2,16428(row,col)."

I am attaching the document, because ya'll are far more sophisticated than I am, despite my screen name.

You should pass this URL to your student:
Writer for students (several languages)

Application of the information in that will greatly assist with formatting. Footnotes should be inserted using /Insert /Footnotes, not manually constructed and placed in the page footer, which causes them to repeat on every page.

I have the same error on a document that I have sent days on, can you please help!!!!
But the fiile is 165 KB so im not sure how to attached as it is to big! more help needed.
