Installing language extension

Hello,
I am installing an OO language extension on my Windows OS computer and I am asked if I want to remove or disable the other English (Australian, South African etc.) files bundled with OO. Actually I prefer to keep them but there seems to be no option available for that. What should I choose? I attach the screenshot of the menu that appeared.

What steps have you taken to reach that screen? And what extension are you trying to install?

You're not being asked to disable or remove the existing extensions. Clicking on an extension in the Extension Manager window displays options which are available for that extension. It doesn't mean that you have to actually select one of those options. Click on the Add button to add your new extension.
