I am creating and editing documents using mainly Times New Roman font size 35
Most of the time I have no problems, but sometimes, in a random manner, the text in a document will suddenly bunch together and I can't get it to display normally.
If I mark the text and change it back to font size 12 the problem goes away and the text looks OK, but when I return the text to size 35 the problem returns.
I've tried changing my user profile but this hasn't helped.
I made a screen shot, but couldn't figure out how to attach it to this post.

Re: text bunching together
It's better to attach a sample file than a screenshot. Your problem may be an effect of zooming in or out. But I'd suggest that you edit the text in a 'normal' font size and only apply the formatting when you're satisfied with the text.

Re: text bunching together
Thanks for your reply.
As I said in my first post, I have already tried that, changing the font size to 12 appears to make the problem go away.
But the problem comes back when I try to use size 35 again.
And it's not just a display problem in OpenOffice, when I convert the file to pdf format the problem is still there.

Re: text bunching together
Right, better upload a file then, screenshots tell us nothing. You can upload a document with random text if the problem is only related to the font size and not to the content.

Re: text bunching together
OK, I've attached the current document in question.
What really puzzles me is that this problem seems to be random, most of the time it won't happen, but then suddenly I've got it back and nothing I do seems to fix the problem

Re: text bunching together
I see, in AOO it's as bad as you describe, but LibreOffice displays the entire file correctly when scrolling through it (I didn't check if it turns bad on editing). Definitely deserves to be reported as a defect.
