[Solved] Apostroph

Post by Gill »

I live in the province of Quebec, Canada. Using French 99% of the time.
I have the Microsoft Natural Keyboard. All settings fonction correctly in Microsoft Word.
On the right side of the M key I have the comma and when I use the Shift plus the key I get the apostrophe.
In OpenOffice Writer I get a vertical line, to give you an example what I need, if you do Insertion Special Caracters U+2019
Thank you for the help.

Go to Tools, Autocorrect, Custom Quotes and make sure it is turned on.
Autocorrect is language sensitive. If the current language is [none] then it won't work, even if it is turned on for your current language.
