Is there were away to Auto remove empty lines?

If the "empty lines" are actually blank paragraphs then you can use Find & Replace.
Search = ^$
Replace = nothing
Check Regular Expressions

It was helpful to remove a lot of empty lines... But still there were other blanks lines...
Is there were any other solutions?

Many of the blank lines you complain about may be due to spacings defined before or after paragraphs. You need to edit those paragraph styles and in the Indents and Spacing tab, under Spacing, make sure Above Paragraph and Below Paragraph are set to 0, and Line spacing is set to Single. Press the Help button on that window for more information.

Are you sure remaining lines are really empty? They could have one or more spaces. Try with
