[Solved] Writer keeps changing my date to another format!
[Solved] Writer keeps changing my date to another format!
I have a table in Writer which has a cell in it, in which I want to type "June 2004". Everytime I type this and then move into a different cell or part of the document, Writer automatically converts it to "01/06/04". Which is clearly not what I want. How do I stop it doing this?

See [Solved] Problems Auto Formatting a Table in Writer.

Hi, this did not fix my problem, but I noticed below AutoFormat was 'Number format'.
I selected the text, and then typed what I wanted, then clicked number format and selected 'Text'. I had to do this a couple of times but it's sticking now!
