Is there a way to find and replace non-breaking spaces?

I can't type a non-breaking space in the "Search for" box, but I can copy/paste one there from the text. The search seems to work just fine from there.
If that doesn't work for you (I think Windows can be more restrictive about what characters you can enter in some cases), you can search by the character code. Enter \x00a0 in the "Search for" box and make sure "Regular expressions" is on under "Options".

I was having the same problem and your solution worked perfectly

This does not work for me. I'm using LibreOffice 4.1.1.2 on Ubuntu Precise 64 bit.

Since Apache OpenOffice 3.4 (and since LibreOffice 4.0, I think) you need to use \u00a0 instead: [UserGuide Draft]Introduction to Regular Expressions
