LO Writer MailMerge no logo sent & no <Field> in 'Subject´

Hello All,

Trying to use the 'Mail Merge Wizard' in LO Writer.
I am having issues with 2 "things".
1. My logo is not transmitted, even if it is on the document
2. Can not add a <Field> from the datasource in the Subject line.

I am using Thunderbird MailMerge, where that is possible, but want to get away with it.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated,

Is the logo inside the document? I suppose it that the logo image is linked but not embedded. The linked images will not be sent together with the document. Embed the optimized image of the logo into the document.
