[Solved] Find/Replace history lost when AOO closes

Be kind, it's my 1st post
When I quit (close) Oo, my OpenOffice?Find/Replace history is lost.
The replace history is very useful for repeating tasks without having to create a macro every time.
Is there a configuration setting that will save the Replace History?
Does Oo have anything like Firefox's about:config?

The Find and Replace history is specific to a particular file and an editing session; there is no history saved.

If you use AltSearch extension, you may be able to save history in named .bat (batch) files.

I wanted this myself. Attached is an extension which shows a rudimentary find replace dialog which implements this feature.

Install extension and set a toolbar button or something to My Macros/(library:) JeFindReplace/(module:) AA/(sub:)showfindAA

its a start though... you can add features yourself if you need them.

The AltSearch extension is also written in OOBasic so you might be able to adapt that to save and load find and replace text
to the comboboxes.
