SOLVED :D I added a misspelled word to my dictionary. Now I want to remove it, but I can't find it. Where is it located?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Menu Tools > Options > Language Settings > Writing Aids, then in the User-defined dictionaries section (the middle one), select your dictionary and click the Edit button on the right of that section.

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the *EDIT button if your issue has been fixed.

I'm trying to fix this problem now but I follow all the directions to the end and where it's supposed to allow me to edit, there's no edit option. I've got said mispelled and saved as "siad" and I can't fix it.

You could locate the dictionary in your OpenOffice profile and remove the entry using a plain text editor.

Can you post a screenshot showing where is the missing button (see How to attach a document here)?
