Re: File unreadable / error in content.xml
Was your file reviewed or edited by someone using MS Office?
If you upload the file to Forum, someone can look at it and most probably recover most or all of its content.

Yes absolutly, the person i work with is using MS Office. This is why it's happening ?RoryOF wrote:Was your file reviewed or edited by someone using MS Office?

If I send the file, it's possible to delete it after someone helped me (I hope)?

Yes, we will always delete a file if confidentiality is needed. You may send it to me or to John_Ha privately - click on the PM button on one of our postings to ask for an email address to send it to.

Re: File unreadable / error in content.xml
It is a bug in AOO which may be fixed in the next release. One way to cause the problem isRoseLamy wrote: The error is "Sub-document content.xml at 2,5420 (row, col)" ... can someone explain what I did wrong in order it never happen again
- use AOO Writer
- you have Edit > Record changes ..., set to ON
- you delete a range of text which includes two or more "comments each of which is attached to a range of text"
See Issue 128356 - Track Changes and Annotations on text range can cause corruption. Applies to 4.x (all versions?)
Either upload the file so someone can repair it or follow the instructions in the tutorial.
If the file is confidential send a PM or email to Rory or me for our email ID so you can send us the file by email.
