Hello,
A puzzle.
I have a document in default format, with Endnotes in Arabic (1,2,3,) format.
When I copy the document to a slightly different format, but with Endnotes in the same format, they come out in Roman numerals (i. ii, iii).
How can I correct this? And, maybe related, the page numbers in the margin change from (eg) Page 3/73 to Page D/73.
Any help will be gratefully received.

Re: Numbering format of Endnotes
Is that "slightly different format" a transition between the ODF (OpenOffice) and OOXML (Microsoft) formats?
They may look much the same up front, but "under the hood" the differences are not so slight.

Keeme,
Thank you for your reply.
No, by 'slightly different format' I meant that I created one to accommodate the use of footers. The pages prior to these have no footers.
Hope this makes sense.

Re: Numbering format of Endnotes
The numbering format for endnotes is set in Tools > Footnotes/Endnotes > Endnotes > AutoNumbering > Numbering.
The numbering format for a page style is set in Format > Page > Page > Layout Settings > Format.
