[Solved] Negative value bar graph undercovers chart label

Post by NickHA »

Hi there,
I hope somebody can help me.
I'm not a regular OpenOffice user, but my new company uses .odt to create invoices and print them as a PDF.
The input for the chart OLE object comes from an external SQL database via bookmarks:
I had no problems with the normal values:
graph 1.jpg
There could also be negative values, but the graph now covers the label as it is not moving under the chart.
graph 2.jpg
I also tried to change the text flow, didn't work.

Really would appreciate any help.
Cheers
Nick

See the chart in the attached file. Double click on the chart to put it in edit mode and then select the menu item Format -> X Axis. On the Positioning tab, I have set the parameter Place Labels to Outside Start.
