Hi!
I have several Chapters of a Book. And, I want to combine the Chapters. Each Chapter has a different Header (e.g., Chapter # 1) and Page Numbers in the Footer..
After changing the Page Numbers in the Footer, I was planning to convert each Chapters to PDF Documents and, then, combine the PDF Documents.
The end result is a Book with several Chapters with different Headers (e.g., Chapter # 1, Chapter # 2, etc.) and the right Page Numbers in the Footer.
How can I do it within Writer?
Thank you!
Dr. T

Re: Combine Documents
You can do that with a master document if you need the chapters to be in different files. But in the end, you have to use page styles for which the headers/footers and the page numbering are managed.
See: [Tutorial] Page numbering.
