AutoCorrect Question

Post by jonboy »

In the autocorrect window I have 3 items checked: Enable word completion > Show Tips > Collect words. Problem: no words being collected. I tried to use the OpenOffice 4.1.9 Repair with no luck. No button shows to Add Entry. Do I need to reinstall?? Thanks.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, have you typed in any sufficiently long words after turning on the word completion? The tool only collects words as you type.

When in AutoCorrect Options > Word Completion ..., click the HELP button for extensive instructions and a description of how it works.

Showing that a problem has been solved helps others searching so, if your problem is now solved, please view your first post in this thread and click the Edit button (top right in the post) and add [Solved] in front of the subject.
