[Solved] Format Error in File Sub Document Content

Postby wildyoga » Fri Apr 03, 2020 7:36 am

Hi!

Because of some weird glitch with record changes and comments being on while editing my document, I can no longer open it.

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me figure out how to open this document back up?

I have seen other topics dealing with this same exact issue that I'm having on this forum but I don't have the programs needed to do the fix myself or don't know which ones I have might be equivalent.

If anyone can help I would be so grateful!

Thanks!

Did you delete two or more comments from the file? We think that is a bug which causes the problem.

What about carrot-root fly? Both John_Ha and I are worried about the carrot crop!

Oh yes, the dreaded carrot root fly!!! I believe we have to have that discussion over at Gardener's Path and not here.

This is a bug in AOO, but not in LO, when track changes is ON and a user deletes two comments each of which is attached to a range of characters.

See Issue 128356 - Track Changes and Annotations on text range can cause corruption. Applies to 4.x (all versions?)
